Job Description
Job Summary:The Production Operator will work in a team production-based setting to assemble and produce products to meet customer requirements and expectations. The Production Operator is charged with assisting operations in the launch and assembly of new products. Responsibilities:

- Assembly products to customer requirements and company goals.
- Adhere to corporate, federal, and state employment policies.
- Adhere to all company policies and rules.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Support MRO Planner with daily activities.
- Adhere to and support compliance to ergonomic guidelines.
- Identify and support continuous improvement projects (e.g., cost reduction, efficiency improvements, etc.)
- Assist with specification development for machinery and equipment.
- Follow and adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
- Support weekend and off-shift work as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Predictable and reliable attendance.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001.
- Basic problem-solving capabilities for troubleshooting issues in the production environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Focuses on Quality: Drives work results with a quality focus on actions and results.
- Continual Improvement: Displays a consistent orientation toward producing the highest quality products or services, while keeping a focus on sustainability. Constantly looking for incremental improvements in work processes and results.

- Able to complete physically demanding work.
