- Supervise administrative staff and assist in team management activities.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Maintain an organized filing system both physically and digitally.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar clerical role.
- Proficiency in phone systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in supervising or managing a team is desirable.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
