Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth communication, and providing clerical support. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Office Administrator will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, making a positive impression while maintaining a professional environment.

Duties
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone systems.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist in budgeting processes and financial record-keeping MS Excel.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise administrative staff and assist in team management activities.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Maintain an organized filing system both physically and digitally.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar clerical role.
  • Proficiency in phone systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes and QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in supervising or managing a team is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
