Job Description
Front Office Receptionist Summary/ObjectiveProvide general office support with a variety of clerical responsibilities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel, flow of correspondence, greeting guests, assisting in corporate event planning and requisition of supplies as well as additional duties & assigned projects in a pleasant office atmosphere.Benefits OfferedCompetitive pay, Health Insurance, 401K plan with company match, paid vacation. Core Responsibilities
- Answers central telephone system & greets guests in a professional manner.
- Provides callers with information such as company address, website, fax number, directions to company locations and other related items.
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services & couriers (FedEx, UPS & USPS.)
- Handles ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing and organizing and maintaining the central file system.
- Assists in planning company events such as meetings, luncheons and special functions.
- Performs general office duties to support the efficient functioning of the front office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Good work ethic & the ability to work well with others.
- Basic understanding of administrative clerical procedures and systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good time management & attention to detail
