About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll support daily logistics operations, keep shipments on track, and ensure smooth communication across our supply chain. Training will be provided.

What You’ll Do
- Gather, organize, and input shipment information into the base operating system
- Liaise with corporate and field operations to ensure timely deliveries
- Record shipment details into account spreadsheets for tracking and reporting
- Monitor shipments (track and trace) throughout the network
- Support and assist management with logistics tasks as needed
- Be the key link between our field teams, corporate office, and customers
- Gain hands-on experience with logistics systems and shipment tracking
- Learn supply chain operations with support from management and training
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for phone and email correspondence
- Proficiency with MS Office programs, including Excel and Word
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate
- Knowledge of Intuit Quicken (a plus)
- Prior logistics or 3PL experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train
- Organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
