Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. The Assembly Technician will play a critical role in the manufacturing process, assembling and wiring components to create high-quality products. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 and related software, possess the physical capability to lift at least 50 lbs., and have a strong understanding of assembly and wiring diagrams. This position requires excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assembly and Wiring: Perform the assembly of components and wiring according to provided
diagrams and instructions. Ensure that all connections are secure and meet quality standards.
2. Microsoft Office 365: Utilize Microsoft Office 365 and related programs for documentation, communication, and record-keeping purposes. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential for this role.
3. Physical Requirements: Lift and move heavy components, equipment, or products, weighing up to 50 lbs., to complete assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
4. Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the assembly process to ensure the accuracy and quality of the finished products.
5. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to verify that all assembled products meet the company's quality standards and specifications
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of completed assemblies, including any deviations or issues encountered during the process.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in assembly or a related field is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to read and interpret assembly and wiring diagrams.
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
